Colin grew up in the Willamette Valley and is a proud alumnus of Oregon State University.  Colin is a third generation 4-H volunteer and is passionate about supporting the youth of Oregon.  Colin’s passion for volunteering and youth development started as a youth himself, where he volunteered thousands of hours to the Linn County Search and Rescue program. Colin’s dedication to service continues in his professional life, and he currently serves his community as a Patrol Sergeant for the Linn County Sheriff’s Office.  Colin’s unique experiences allow him to see the incredible positive impact 4-H can have on the youth of Oregon.  Colin is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and any other excuse to be in the mountains.
