Kelly Noack is a 4-H Alum and has worked for Marion 4-H for more than six years as the 4-H Outreach Coordinator, specializing in developing school and community partnerships across the county. Some of her focused youth development programs includes Farm to School, Junior Master Gardeners, and Outdoor Explorers reaching over 5,000 youth per year. Kelly currently serves as the Oregon 4-H Marketing Liaison between National 4-H and has led statewide efforts creating templates and trainings for all 4-H staff and faculty. Kelly strongly believes that 4-H is an opportunity for all youth and has a passion for engaging first generation 4-H participants with their spark and Positive Youth Development trajectory.
